Carried Sound is a wellness practice, not a licensed medical or mental health provider. Nothing on this website or in any session constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services independently. Minors may attend sessions with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. By booking, you confirm that you meet these requirements or have obtained appropriate consent.

5. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

Booking: Sessions may be booked through this website, Vagaro, or by contacting Joann directly at joann@carriedsound.com.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking.

Cancellation — Open Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Cancellation — Private Sessions: Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking. As a general policy, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation — Corporate and Events: Cancellation and deposit terms are outlined in your event agreement. Corporate bookings typically require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date.

Joann reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or circumstances outside her control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

6. Health and Safety

By attending a session, you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate. You agree to inform Joann of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to your session. Carried Sound reserves the right to decline service if participation appears unsafe for any individual.

Sound healing, yoga nidra, and breathwork are generally considered safe for most people. However, certain conditions — including epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, and some cardiac conditions — may require additional precautions or medical clearance.
