Who books a sound bath retreat?

Yoga studios, wellness centers, retreat leaders, women's circles, friend groups and leadership teams. Joann can run the whole retreat or lead the sound and rest sessions inside a retreat you're hosting.

Where are retreats held?

At your venue anywhere in the Kansas City metro, such as a studio, farm, lodge or event space. Travel is included within 20 miles of Overland Park. Out-of-town retreats are quoted with travel and lodging.

Do guests need yoga experience?

No. Every practice is gentle and optional, with chair-based options for anyone who prefers to stay seated. The sound baths and yoga nidra are done lying down or seated.

What does the host provide?

The venue, meals and guest mats. Joann brings every instrument and plans the session flow with you. A mat and blanket kit can be added.

How far ahead should we book a retreat?

Book 6 to 8 weeks ahead for half-day and full-day retreats, and about 3 months ahead for weekend retreats. A 50% deposit holds your dates.

Are corporate retreats priced differently?

Yes. Company offsites and leadership retreats use corporate rates: the Half-Day Reset is $1,600 for up to 20 guests or $2,150 for 21–40, the Full-Day Retreat is $2,700 or $3,500, and the Weekend Retreat is $5,100 or $6,400. Corporate retreats are invoiced through Stripe, with a W-9 available.
