Corporate sound baths in Kansas City

A corporate sound bath is a 60-minute live sound session for your team, held in your office, an offsite venue or a conference room. Carried Sound serves Kansas City companies with groups of 5 to 40, lying down or fully seated, with clear pricing and invoicing from $650.

(No trust falls. No icebreakers. Just an hour of quiet your team will actually thank you for.)

  • 5–40 people
  • 60 minutes

Why Kansas City teams book a sound bath

It gives everyone an hour of real rest together, with nothing to perform or learn.

Unlike a workshop, there are no slides and no homework. People sit or lie down, listen, and go back to work calmer and clearer. It works for people who would never sign up for a yoga class: no movement, no special clothing and no belief required, so participation stays high.

★★★★★

It was the perfect way to kick things off. Her session gave attendees a beautiful opportunity to slow down, settle in, and begin the conference in an immersive, meditative, and reflective space.

Corporate wellness questions

Do employees need to lie down for a corporate sound bath?

No. There is a fully seated version designed for chairs, so people can take part in work clothes without getting on the floor.

Can a sound bath happen in a conference room?

Yes. A standard conference room works for the seated version. Joann needs about 30 minutes to set up and no AV equipment.

Is a sound bath religious?

No. A corporate sound bath is a secular rest practice. There is no chanting, belief system or spiritual language required.

How do invoicing and payment work?

Carried Sound invoices through Stripe. A 50% deposit holds the date, the balance is due on the invoice terms, and a W-9 is available.

How far ahead should we book a corporate sound bath?

Book 4 to 6 weeks ahead for the best choice of dates. Shorter notice is sometimes possible, so ask.
