Notes from the bowls

One short email a month with new Wednesday dates and guides.

(Once a month. The bowls aren't chatty.)

Sound baths are offered for relaxation and rest. They are not medical or mental health treatment and are not a substitute for care from a licensed provider. If you are pregnant or have a health concern, please contact Joann before booking and check with your healthcare provider.
